Enhance repository processing note capabilities

Description

Here's some ideas about the Repository Processing Note:

  1. "Repository Processing Note" is unclear, in the SIEWG recommendations, we suggested that we call it the Internal Repository Note (or something explicitly with the word "internal")

  2. The Internal Repository Note should be indexable for searching in the staff interface

  3. It would be nice if there was a report or special view for someone to see all Internal Repository Notes associated with a given collection. This view would be similar to looking at all of the top containers, as a list. The Internal Repository Note would be visible with the archival object title and instance information.

The third item on the list related to repository processing notes would be helpful, however it would also be helpful to be able to view repository processing notes across collections, not just within a specific collection. To this end, we would like the ability to view the repository processing note to the list view, so that it can be seen in the browse and search results.

Dev Pri discussed this ticket and decided to pass renaming “Repository Processing Note” to “Internal Repository Note.” However, based on the Usability team’s recommendation, decided to decline the second request because it’s no longer an issue and the third request because it’s possible to create local reports.

The Usability team reviewed this ticket and supports the following:

  1. We support changing the title to Internal Repository Note.

  2. This is no longer an issue.

  3. This represents a separate issue and we will create a ticket for it.
