We have been noticing that when several container instances are attached to an accession record, each instance is being multiplied when generating a Shelflist Report. What seems to be happening is that the number of times each container is multiplied corresponds to the number of times the accession associated with that container shows up in a particular location. So, for example, if there are eight containers associated with Accession #1 on a shelf, each of those containers is multiplied 8 times in the Shelflist Report. If there are three containers on another shelf, each of those top containers is multiplied 3 times. We're not sure if this is due to something on our end, or if there is a bug in the Shelflist Report. (v2.7.1)
Thanks,
Lori
I'm not seeing this on 2.8.0, but I'm not sure if it's because it's not there or because I'm doing something different from you. If possible, can you do a short screen capture of the actions you're taking to make this happen?
Hi , apologies for the delay. It looks like the issue is persisting after the 2.8.0 upgrade, and I’m not sure why. I’m creating a Shelflist Report from background jobs (actions below). Thanks!
