MARC XML import using "Administrative History" for 545 first indicator 0

The MARC XML import function is assigning the label "Administrative history" to the Biographical/Historical Note for records with the 545 first indicator as 0 (Biographical sketch). The label should be the standard label for biographical notes (I will admit that I don't know what that is!)
