Link in error message trying to be helpful when there is a subject record conflict goes to the wrong place

Description

There is apparently a helpful error message that gives a link to the conflicting record when someone tries to save a record that is identical in its important particulars. This link seems to be routed incorrectly:

(Note the specific example here may not be checkable on test by the time you read this because the record could not be save as is.)

It looks like this fix was merged on test.archivesspace.org, but when I try to save a subject record with the same identifying information as another, I get the correct error message, but the link now goes to a Sorry something went wrong page: https://test.archivesspace.org/resolve/readonly?uri=/subjects/393

The record itself - https://test.archivesspace.org/staff/subjects/393 - can be successfully opened in view or edit mode.
