Accession sort dropdown does not obey field label changes

Description

If you change the field labels in the en.yml for any of the fields that are selectable in the "Accession Browse Columns" under * Preferences (such as "Restrictions Apply?" and "Resource Type") these labels do not change in the sort dropdown box that displays at the top of the Accessions browse screen. Instead, the default labels display. I have changed the field label for "Resource Type" to "Curatorial Area". This displays fine in the Accession browse view, but the sort dropdown still says "Resource Type" (see attached screenshot).

This is because labels for the sort drop-down are currently controlled in a separate locales file located at:

(or your relevant language). Changing `resource_type` under the `search_sorting` heading will get you the desired change. Note, however, that this will apply globally to any browse page on which "Resource Type" used to exist - so not only accessions, but also resources.

The table headings in search results and the sort labels on the sort drop-down are, unfortunately, not linked to one another in any way. I have identified a number of other issues that this causes (and have been going through and making a number of little fixes here and there for more common problems), but fully addressing this issue is going to take a fairly sizable refactor of this part of the code and that is not currently on the roadmap.

I've submitted a new ticket to track this, but for now I'm marking this issue as will not fix.

- This one may be in the same vein as the ones you picked up today. If so, it would be good to assign yourself this one too.

Need more information on how field label changes are managed and customized in this particular instance.

suggests that the documentation on customizing field labels needs an update.

will attempt to replicate (corresponding to VCU implementation).
