EAD Import: contents of chronlist duplicated on import

Description

The content of <chronlist> is duplicated on import. The content of chronlist imports to both the text subnote (as mixed encoding) and the chronology subnote (as structured data) of the Biographical and Historical note. This appears to happen only when the imported <bioghist> note contains both <p> children and structured <chronlist> children.

The imported xml file is attached.

Hi , I'd recommend importing as structured data in the chronology subnote and eliminating the mixed content in the text subnote. It's been quite awhile since I've thought about this, but this seems like the best approach. Thanks for checking in!

- Do you have a recommendation for which is the one/better place this should import?

Can confirm and replicated on 2.3.1.

I'd assume this is an issue with the EAD importer and not an incredibly difficult fix.
