As a researcher, I should be able to save any record that can be returned as a search result into a bookbag

Description

As recommended by the Cherry Hill Report. See http://cherryhill.github.io/aspace_pui/06utilities-bookmark.html and http://cherryhill.github.io/aspace_pui/design-elements/phase1_final/Bookmarks_final.jpg

From this page, researchers should be able to request any records that have "top containers" linked to them.

This ticket (and other pages that have the "request" button) is therefore associated with this ticket: https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/AR-1064

Here's an example from SI's collections search center. Here, users can create lists without needing to log in. Missing from the Cherry Hill design is an example of how users would want to email their book bag list, but this site also provides that example, as well as a few other interaction options:

Seeking community input on this. Is there an existing plug-in that we should petition for core code?

: just a note that a lot of the heavy lifting for this feature request is available in this plugin: This plugin allows users to create a bookbag of different record types. Right now the follow-up action (from the book bag screen) is to submit those records as requests to Aeon, but that type of action could be replaced with a “Share” action (similar to the SI example above).

Here is documentation on how to petition plug ins to become core code. If you have any questions or would like any help, just let me know!
