As a repository manager, I want the provenance note in an accession record to be carried forward to a resource record when spawning an accession record to a resource record.

Description

The provenance note in the accession record should be mapped to a note in ArchivesSpace in which

note type = "Custodial History"

and

label = "Provenance"

At Dev. Pri., there was a discussion that mapping the Provenance note to Custodial History isn’t exactly correct, since some info may more appropriately go in an “Immediate Source of Acquisition” note. While perfect can be the enemy of the good, we decided to close this, with the idea of that perhaps notes in the Accession record should be revised to align more exactly with the Resource record whenever possible. Errant label for AR story. In code, PR characterizes as "finish adding a warning on the staff ui that derby is being" . That is actually AR-1328.

Which pull request (and was that delivered)? I just did a test on test.archivesspace.org, but the accession provenance note does not show up in the resource record. Here are the 2 records:
