Our staff are reporting an error where adding rows to the Rapid Data Entry form, when using a template, is adding an unused column, causing a misalignment.
The included screenshot displays an example template where, after adding data to the first row, I added three rows. Note that the first row is still properly aligned (although the "instance type" header was shifted under date) but the new rows now have an extraneous date label field.
Validating the rows will cause the form to reload, properly aligned, but again with the extraneous date label field. One must select a different template and then the desired template again for it to reform.
Attached is another staff member's description of the problem. In this case two extraneous fields (apparently different from the one in my example) are inserted.
As this duplicates I'm closing it. Improvements to the rapid data entry function are included in the staff interface working group's recommendations and will be addressed through that work.
