As an archivist with admin privilege, I'd like to access the System Information window

Description

As a ASpace user with admin priv, I can see the System Information menu choice. When I select I get an error, can't be found. ASpace should be modified so that any user with admin priv, can see the system information page.

Should the default option be to keep the status quo of only the admin user can access the system_info page?

Would it be possible to add a configuration option for this? Some sys admins may be fine with this additional access while others may not. It would be good if this were an opt-in at the deployment level.

I agree, this would be useful to see. Hope this can be tweaked in future versions.
