  • Voting issues - closes May 31, will then be prioritized in the Features Prioritization group
    around 200 members, been trickling in, only a few dozen 
    Sprints continue to move forward - on sprint 7 this week, finish up next week
    Public interface group - now under way, recruitment for team members to be on public UI team
    UI work will be contracted out to a consultant, will do design work, may expand that to the staff interface 
 

Committer's oversight update:

  • discussion on email, how to get automated testing for plugins, translations and how they can get integrated into the main codebase
    monthly call that wasn’t a sprint call to get developers onboard, once voting process is solidified  
 Migration update:Michael Vandermillen (Unlicensed)
  • Mark Custer - created schematron for EAD compliant with AS requirements
    To turn this into a service, Nathan has created a proof of concept based on Schematron - submit up to 4 EAD and get validation results
    Next is to make sure we gather all the AS requirements, run their finding aids though to see what needs to changed before they upload them 
 

Documentation update:

Besides connecting with the UAC documentation sub-group, Kari has made no progress.

Laura H. has resigned from the Documentation sub-group.

No updates on cross-council efforts.

Things moving smoothly
Review sprint report for sprint 5, testing due Fri. looked through the hopper to see what was included in sprint 7
No specifics on how the voting will be worked into the prioritization
