12:54:04 From Alexandra Orchard : Hi Lydia! 12:57:12 From Alexandra Orchard to Lydia Tang (Privately) : I can hear you too! 13:01:15 From Margaret Kidd : Hi everyone! 13:01:28 From Alexandra Orchard : Hi everybody! 13:03:26 From Alexandra Orchard : I’m good with it- I think it’s smart to assign groups so we can each concentrate on a specific topic. 13:03:59 From Ella von Holtum : Having just one group to concentrate on makes the workload feel manageable. 13:04:12 From Lydia Tang : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19VKSu2rWIBlfyXcpP4YejTaE4G87ZfDSv2s1p7dlOec/edit#gid=0 13:08:51 From Caitlin Wells : It's fine for me, but I'm a public employee so it's publicly searchable anyway. 13:09:56 From Annie Tang : yes the first group was indeed my preference. i noticed that my second group was not even my top preferences 13:14:13 From Annie Tang : Also, re: the group leaders: have we established that they have agreed to being group leaders? I believe they were chosen based on their high usage of Aspace? Correct me if I'm wrong. Just wanted to be sure people are accepting of their responsibilities or not. Also, I have a suggestion re: conference calls: perhaps the group leaders can be the ones doing these big meetings and report in. Then they can also report out to the subgroups as we work through our goals. That way we can streamline these meetings more efficiently. 13:14:26 From Alexandra Orchard : I’d like to stay in the group I’m in- I wasn’t in a group the first time, and I already went through the JIRAs for navigation. Thanks! 13:15:56 From Annie Tang : Though people are welcome to listen in on these conference calls, that's open! 13:16:30 From Anna Kephart : This may be an issue of me being at a very small repository and having missed the first meeting, but I am a little confused on some of the basics of how the work is being completed. What is a JIRA? 13:17:11 From Lydia Tang : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B12JUawTWpm-VjVkWlVYVDEtTjQ?usp=sharing 13:18:17 From Lydia Tang : https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=19 13:19:27 From Anna Kephart : Maybe I and anyone else who doesn't have experience in working with the ticket workflow can talk to you separately--I don't want to take over the conversation! 13:32:38 From Alexandra Orchard : Is there a template we should follow for our specs? 13:36:09 From gfarr : I feel I am just getting up to speed with the organization of the project, and getting familiar with the documentation, ... it sounds good to have a few specific topics to focus on for discussion for these the meetings. It would be good to know what these discussion points were beforehand to allow for some preparation, etc. 13:37:27 From ew8ff to Lydia Tang (Privately) : I would like to see greater granularity with permissions. I miss the flexibility I had with Archon. 13:41:50 From Caitlin Wells : Sounds like a good way to tackle things, Lydia! 13:42:01 From Margaret Kidd : I like this idea as well. 13:42:08 From gfarr : very good, thanks Lydia! 13:42:31 From Alexandra Orchard : Thanks! 13:43:15 From Margaret Kidd : Fine by me. 13:43:25 From Annie Tang : yep! 13:43:26 From Betsy : Yes, thanks! 13:43:27 From Suzanne Reller : Sounds good to me too 13:43:27 From Ella von Holtum : fine with me 13:43:29 From dproud : That sounds fin with me! 13:43:29 From Caitlin Wells : I joined late, so I wasn't on the original group list, but I am good with staying in the group i'm in 13:43:37 From Margaret Kidd : I am also happy to still look at the other groups too to give feedback. 13:43:44 From ew8ff : Sounds good. 13:43:50 From Betsy : Thanks Lydia 13:44:17 From Suzanne Reller : Thank you Lydia! 13:44:19 From Margaret Kidd : Thanks, Lydia! 13:44:24 From Caitlin Wells : thanks! 13:44:25 From Ella von Holtum : Thanks! 13:44:32 From dproud : thanks!
