During this pilot period, all trainings will be offered at no charge to the attendee and anyone using or interested in ArchivesSpace may attend. Registration for each training or “office hour” will be separate and registration for each will open closer to the scheduled date of the event. Registration will be limited to 100 individuals for all trainings and 500 individuals for all “office hours.”

  • Complete the pre-workshop and post-workshop surveys developed by the trainers

  • Confirm in advance of your training that Zoom connection information and all resource links work as expected on the computer or laptop you will be using for the workshop. The use of tablets and cell phones during this workshop is discouraged.  We cannot provide technical assistance to individuals using tablets or cell phones during this workshopthese workshops.

  • Complete all “homework” (if applicable) in advance of each live session, including reviewing video recordings and completing exercises.

  • Actively participate in live sessions, including unmuting and asking questions or interacting via the Zoom chat feature.

The Virtual “Office Hours” offered over the next 12 months will offer users the opportunity to see a quick demo or walk through of one area of the application by members of the ArchivesSpace Trainers Corps. After, the trainers will take questions related to the demo as well we questions solicited via the feedback forms linked below and, as time allows, questions submitted on the fly.
