What Went Well
We were able to complete our testing assignments on schedule, providing feedback to the development team about ongoing work.
During each testing window we held scheduled virtual work sessions, which assisted with onboarding new members of the group and answering questions/addressing issues.
A vice-lead (Michelle Paquette) was identified early in the term, hopefully easing the transition into leadership activities next year.
What Could Be Improved
Creation of Jira and regression testing overview videos was suggested early in the term, but that did not end up happening.
We did not get around to updating the Testing Process - 2016 documentation. This may be irrelevant in light of proposed changes to the overall nature of ArchivesSpace testing and implementation of an end to end testing suite.
