The Development Prioritization sub-team will continue working through the processes developed in early 2017. The sub-team's primary task is evaluating and ranking incoming bugs and feature requests on a monthly basisat each meeting.
Plans for 2017-2018 include:
- Contribute to the ArchivesSpace Process for Evaluating Potential Feature Contributions to the Core Code
- Take an active role in assessing new feature and core code contributions
- Develop a process where sub-team members more actively engage with bug and feature request reporters
- Develop a monthly bulletin, graph, or visualization that makes the sub-team's work more immediately transparent to the member community
- Periodically issue surveys, in conference with the ArchivesSpace program staff
- Revise and enhance the sub-team mission statement
