Nominations Sought Requested for ArchivesSpace Technical Advisory Council
The ArchivesSpace Board of Trustees is seeking nominations from its members for the ArchivesSpace Technical Advisory Council (TAC). Nominations may be made only by ArchivesSpace member representatives. Member representatives are encouraged to nominate persons from their institution or from other member institutions (please see the lists at http://archivesspace.org/members) who are experienced with some of the activities assigned to TAC and who are capable of participating on a regular basis throughout the term of service of July 1, 2015-June 30, 2017.
TAC (http://www.archivesspace.org/technicaladvisory) is a critical part of the ArchivesSpace community, having responsibility for providing overall technical guidance to code committers, the User Advisory Council, and the ArchivesSpace Board of Trustees. To nominate a candidate for the ArchivesSpace Technical Advisory Council, please identify the person and her/his organization in the form below, indicate the areas of activity to which the nominee is prepared to contribute, and return the completed form to Brad Westbrook who will collect nominations on behalf of the ArchivesSpace Nominations Committee (brad.westbrook@lyrasis.org) by the end of Friday, May 2922, 2015.
