About the Community Zoom

ArchivesSpace provides a zoom Zoom account for the use of all TAC and UAC committee council and sub-team meetings. Teams are not required to use this zoom Zoom account to schedule their meetings but may use it if it is more convenient. This zoom Zoom account allows for meetings to last longer than 40 minutes and allows the meeting creator to establish either a password-protected or open meetings.

In addition to scheduling meetings as needed, this zoom account can also be used to establish a reoccurring recurring meeting room for each sub-team to reduce the amount of effort required to set up team meetings. Please note that these reoccurring meetings only provide reoccurring recurring meetings use the same connection information so that users do not have to create new Zoom appointments for each meeting. You must still follow the scheduling procedures at the referenced at the bottom of the this page to put your meeting on the calendar.
