The breakouts were hard for the moderator since they were also dealing with people coming in, leaving and requesting access. It was also hard for the attendee who may want to jump from session to session.

Looking to the future - Ideas for how to structure future online forums

-Using registrations directly via zoom instead of Eventbrite. This will help attendees manage their own access allow for them to more easily join or leave sessions. It will also create calendar appointments via the attendees preferred calendaring system to limit timezone confusion.

-Reduce the number of “session” days to three and offer workshop(s) on other days.
