Program update

• new 3.0 RC coming soon (tomorrow?)

  • lots of new code, not all related to agents, so it needs more testing/evaluation

  • New feature from Harvard for spreadsheet imports for top containers

  • Probably only 1 week for feedback

• More follow ups from leadership meeting

  • Leadership training will be available to TAC/UAC leaders

    • Live training + async. online training

    • Management strategies, working with diverse teams, etc.

Integrations

• Integrations led a discussion at the ArchivesSpace Online Forum

• We will be creating a page in the Integrations wiki space to keep track of the integrations that the community would most like to see developed

Testing

“We didn't have a formal testing protocol to coincide with the release candidate for the 3.0.0 RC1, but I think a few folks did some more ad hoc testing of the expanded agents functionality in the past few weeks. I suspect we will likely perform regression testing for the complete application soon in advance of the next release, but will wait on word from Christine and Joshua on that.”

• Changes regarding 3-year terms

  • term change was approved by the Board

  • change to appointment length does not affect current TAC members

• We need TAC nominations for next year!

• Nominate yourself to serve as TAC vice-chair next year!

• Changes regarding sub-team membership/leadership

  • Each sub-team should have a lead and vice-lead (who will serve as lead the following year)
