Support for EAD3

Document required changes to AS data model to fully support EAD3 import/export
Help test any release candidates including EAD3 support

Migration tools, scripts, etc.

Gather information on community-developed EAD import validation tools and share on archivesspace-labs if/when available

"Background Work" - responding to user list queries

Monitor ASpace user list and Google group, serve as first responders for migration and import/export related posts, create JIRA issues as needed
Serve as a resource for members migrating data to ASpace from various legacy systems/formats (Access, FileMakerPro, etc.)
