TAC update

Sally V.

Establishing group with new members. Sent out an interest poll and received a good set of responses. Has had to make some adjustments to make sure groups are of sufficient size. First call for TAC under Sally's oversight is next 9/21. All TAC members will be expected and encouraged to respond to questions on the user forum. This strategy will be used instead of setting up a support/outreach subteam. A new subteam will be established for the purpose of addressing bugs.

 UAC update

Gordon D. 

UAC met 9/11. Introduced new members. Subteams reported work. GD met with members over the course of the summer to align members with UAC subteams. Discussed adding a new sub-team to address production of video tutorials. Decided to disband help sub-team, and

Documenting council activities

1) Will record TAC/UAC activities using this template. 2) Will rotate the taking of notes, alphabetically by last name. GD is next in line. 3) Will encourage both councils and their respective sub-teams to report activities / meetings in the same way.
