2022-2023 Integrations Work Plan

 

  • Identify and maintain list of audience, locations to promote and post survey

    • Maintain list in Google Drive for business continuity

    • Track which sources provided best responses to make future decisions about where to post the survey

  • Conduct survey

    • Send out notice of survey in July newsletter

    • Open survey at the annual meeting in August

    • Promote survey at ASpace Online Forum, Email Member List, and other online forums, etc.

    • Close survey end of November

    • Evaluate success/need for modifications

  • Compile Data from survey between December to approximately February (TBD)

    • Update integration tables as needed

    • Summarize results of survey/present to ASpace Governance (Feb/Apr) (TBD)

  • Formalize annual schedule of maintenance of integration pages/survey

    • Guidance on how to update tables

  • Final deletion of old tables from Integration pages

    • Final reading of pages for any additional editing

  • Review and make transparent the intake form on main page

  • Consider questions to be added to Survey

    • “What is the latest version of ASpace supported by the integration?”

    • “Plans for continued maintenance or Roadmap for development”
