Any updates on Column M? Should we set aside some time to work on it as a group?

• Maybe at the January meeting? We’ll have a meeting in late January and will devote that time to working on the spreadsheet.

Documentation plan

What to keep where? Just some rough ideas:

• Atlassian – text-based documentation (how the group works, what our priorities are) text-based documentation, including minutes.

• GitHub – code (testing import/export, etc.) code and “documentation finding aid”.

• Google Drive – working files, spreadsheets that we share with ArchivesSpace developers/community Spreadsheets, working files, and shared documents with Aspace developers/community.

Perhaps write up what we want to do, then decide if we need to reorganize anything.

Suggestion: pick a place (like the readme on the landing page in Github) with a master list of links and descriptions in case the administrative infrastructure changes. In other words, create a finding aid for the documentation. In google drive, it’s more difficult to locate documents. Github is easier to find documentation.

Action item: We don’t need to reorganize documentation for now, but we need to create a “documentation finding aid”. Regine and Kevin will work on the “readme” on Github.

Suggestion: Basic Github training for new TAC members.
