@Regine Heberlein

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2277

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2335

 1. This ticket describes two display issues. It should be split into two separate tickets. Recommend passing both. 1a: I was able to reproduce this issue. The cid for a series that’s nested in a subgroup is not displayed in the table of of containers in the Manage Top Containers area. 1b: I was able to reproduce this issue. The TOC of the PDF generated from either the SUI or the PUI does not include subgroups.

  1. I’m afraid I got lost in this one. I would recommend asking for an example of the desired behavior, preferably with screenshots.

 1. Pass

  1. Awaiting more information. Going back to submitter to collect more info.

@Alexander Duryee

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2325

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2307

  1. This seems like a reasonable change, and aligns the search results with finding aid display. Recommend passing.

  2. I wasn’t able to get the facet to display at all, but where it does display, it absolutely should use the translation. Recommend passing.

 1. Pass.

  1. Pass.

@Mattie Clear

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2327

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2328

  1. Confirmed Issue and seems like something that should be easy to fix. This does seem like an issue that would be particularly frustrating for users as the information does show up in the standard PUI, but not in the PDF. Recommend passing.

  2. I wasn’t able to replicate this issue and wonder if the recent updates were able to fix this issue.

Clarifying question - the ASpace test instance is on the most up to date version right? I was able to confirm/test both of these issues in our own test instance that is running 4.1.0

  1. Pass.

@Dustin Stokes

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2205

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2395

  1. This was reviewed last term but I failed to rewrite the work item to be more broadly scoped. I believe more information may be necessary to understand the preservica aspect so the original intent of the request isn’t lost.

  2. This appears to be a valid bug. I was able to confirm in code where the resolve parameter gets dropped instead of acted on despite being a valid parameter on the endpoint.

  1. Awaiting more info.

  2. Pass. Will provide more info in comment about bug.

@David Krah

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-1990

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2307

Confirmed and tested - can add more subjects via the same method as adding additional other fields. Recommend updating documentation to reflect this possibility.

  1. Reporter seems to have a good idea how to solve this issue…so that’s great! Because it’s a bit above my technical ability. Specific to PUI, unsure if it affects faceting in other systems.

  1. Refer to user docs. Comment on ticket and the relevant user doc page.

  2. Duplicate (passed above)

@Dalton Alves

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2391

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2279

  1. In 4.1, I did get an error message w/ both CSV and XLSX

  2. Recommend passing.

  1. Close.

  2. Pass.

@Bonnie Gordon

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2351

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2348

  1. Was able to reproduce on 4.1. Pass.

  2. This use case seems reasonable, and it makes sense to include in ANW-1490.

  1. Pass

  2. Solicit community feedback (awaiting more info?)

@Evalyn Stow

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2352

  1. Was able to reproduce issue on 4.1 sandbox. Pass.

@Brianna McLaughlin

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2390

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-1743

  1. Corporate entity and family agents with associated subject terms do not display in full when a PDF is generated from the PUI. Associated subject terms do display on the SUI PDF and when viewing a finding aid in the PUI. Sounds like this is just a PDF issue. Hopefully parity between the SUI and PUI PDF isn’t much of a lift. Recommend passing.

  2. This upgrade makes sense to me assuming it is feasible for development. Recommend passing.

@Elizabeth Peters

  1. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2389

  2. https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-2327

  1. Confirmed issue.

  2. Confirmed issue: https://test.archivesspace.org/staff/resources/205#tree::resource_205. If custom headers are an option they should display. (this is listed as a feature add, but seems like a bug to me)

  1. Pass

  2. Duplicate ticket (passed above)
