• difference between zoom registration and calendar invites

  • First Fridays event currently doesn’t require registration; It uses a zoom link (from lyrasis zoom account) that we provide manually to folks (via member match listserv). Christine created a google calendar event with the First Fridays link in the description for the convenience of the Membership Engagement team (this is not an invite for all of member match).

  • in the future, member match events should have registration tied to it, using the lyrasis zoom account helps keep platform consistent, but requires close coordination with Jessica to access the account and the team is responsible for approving registrations

  • whoever hosts December Mixer, make sure you’re comfortable with logistics of how event will be hosted and setup

  • tested process for mixer 1 (September) - this zoom was set up on Christine’s work zoom account due to need for quick turn around and learning curve

Those who entirely failed to connect with original matches will be contacted and may be barred from re-assignment.]
