Will continue to test using Airtable. Elizabeth will draft SOP for use.

User Docs workflows

• Lets draft a quick workflow for using Airtable:

  • Issues to be addressed to Unassigned/To Do stack

  • Chair assigns tasks according to section assignments or uses best judgement to facilitate equitable workloads

  • Once primary reviewer completes edit/review, moves the card to the secondary reviewer….

• Jira workflows

  • remove User Doc label when complete?

Help Center Section Review

• Managing Repositories

  • Update last reviewed/edited date for Changing the Repository you are working in

  • Then this section will be complete

• Using Reports in ASpace

  • Editors: update spreadsheet with last reviewed date so this section can be closed out

• Managing Locations

  • Review selected pages by end of term

Will add these to Airtable and will remove Managing Locations from our task list due to the influx of comments on User Manual pages.
