Review User Docs workflows

• Proposed workflow draft for review

Will also create a checklist for the workflow to clarify everyone’s responsibilties.

Help Center Section Review

• Last few pages from the following sections were added to Airtable workflow:

• Managing Repositories

  • Update last reviewed/edited date for Changing the Repository you are working in

  • This will complete this section

• Using Reports in ASpace

  • Editors: update spreadsheet with last reviewed date so this section can be closed out

Collab. with Tech Docs

Collaborating on creating higher-level documentation on ASpace’s config settings.

• Tech Docs is working on updating the config’s internal documentation and think having a parallel goal of making that work more understandable to users from the User Docs side would be great

• consider for next term?

Usability is currently working on a project to remove info. from config file to the PUI with the end goal of development work in the next term. We should wait and see what Usability has planned before starting any new documentation for the config file. Next term, we should meet with Tech Docs and Usability to confirm.
