15 minutes	Updates on TechDocs	Added Brian’s language recommendations to retrospective, replacing “create” with “provide feedback” 2025-2026 Techdocs Retrospective. Retrospective submitted to council. Submitted retro to TAC. If anyone has any thoughts about how Techdocs works as a whole, let Laura know. This term felt like clear direction on what work we’re doing. +1 - more concrete deliverables. Nice to see tickets created, worked on and closed. Any interest from continuing members on vice lead position. Michelle is doing assignments - assigning 3 people to TechDocs. Will be asking those to take on vice-lead. Who schedules the first meeting for this subteam? Laura will do that, but Michelle will send out the list of new members. Find a time for initial August meeting.

Brian to provide prompt for us to test. Brian has local instance of techdocs for draft to accept translations. Also did some prompt testing and has ideas to share with Laura and Corey. TODO @Laura Schroffel: schedule follow-up meeting with Brian and Corey for late July. Laura did make a PR! Assigned Brian as a reviewer. Brian thinks there needs to be some mention of the API in the architecture section. Wants to keep both pages - not duplicative. Decision: pass on PR and close it. Any issues to close out from Michelle or Alex? 4.1 release notes. Alex can put in a ticket. Can put in a template for making these pages - template.md in the repo (but doesn’t want to put it somewhere publicly visible aka render) Discussion between Brian and Alex in the PR. Will lay out instructions on how to add template files to repo (NOT content directory!). For Michelle’s PR video - add to authoring.md file and on TechDocs’s confluence page - Technical Documentation.
