Accomplishments:

• Hosted many successful and productive first Friday events for member match participants for each month of the year

• Hosted Member Match mixers, focusing on ArchivesSpace tips and tricks, PUIs,

• Hosted a collaborative event with the User Docs subteam in December 2025

• Re-matched and reworked matches that didn’t work out in timely manner

• Got application out and put together matches for next term efficiently and effectively

• Sending out survey to this year’s participants

Challenges:

• Rematching participants partway through the year

• Switching team lead duties early; toward end of FY26

• Timing of Q4 mixer, tried to have a collaborative event

• Lack of engagement with slack channel

Priorities for next term:

• More collaborative events, one possibly with Usability subteam

• Move away from Slack and look at other communication methods
