Timing of Open Call

  • Can wait for next quarterly call, but not May

  • Likely need feedback before then - earliest would be early April

How to get participation

  • Emails, listservs, tweets

  • Christine will facilitate promotion/outreach

  • We are to write up a short blurb

  • Promote to local archival groups
