Development
Elections process – Nomination Committee Chair will be decided soon and then nominations process will begin Governance Board - meeting in March Membership - We currently have 315 members. The most recent (i.e. since the last UAC meeting at the end of November) are:

Sub-team Reports | |||
Development Prioritization | Jason Loeffler | Not much to report. Agreed on 11/29 to meet semi-monthly to resume backlog and icebox grooming in support of ongoing HM development work. Next meeting is 1/19. | |
Documentation | Linda Hocking | Not much to report. It was suggested that the tool tips be examined to ensure that they are current and adequate. | |
Reports | Nancy Enneking | Have held multiple meetings about reports specifications. Current focus is on working with Hudson Molonglo to get reports back up and running in the current version of ArchivesSpace. The plan is to take Jasper out and use simple SQL reports in their place. | |
Testing | Miloche Kottman | There will be a small release in February. Testers are reviewing 3 bug fixes and 4 pull requests with a deadline of Jan. 25 to be included in February release. | |
Other | Gordon Daines | Gordon rotates off ArchivesSpace governance at the end of June 2017. Anyone who's term doesn't also expire in 2017 who is interested in serving as chair of the User Advisory Committee should let Gordon know. |
