Members of the ArchivesSpace Program Team will be stationed at the registration table outside of the designated meeting space. Please check-in at the registration table prior to entering the forum.

10:00-10:40 | Table topics: Question 1: What policies does your institution have in place that impact your use of AI tools and/or features ? Question 2: How are you using AI when you work with your archival data? What tools and models are you using? |
10:40-10:50 | Break |
10:50-11:30 | Table topics: Question 3: What do you wish ArchivesSpace would do or not do with AI? Question 4: TBD depending on community feedback and direction |
11:30-11:50 | Table topic report out |
11:50-12:20 | Community time An opportunity for attendees to share current AI projects and activities at their organization |
