Provide overview of page watching.

Each member needs to serve as primary and secondary watchers for at least three pages.

There’s not an even distribution for pages to members, so please consider signing up for four as either a primary or secondary watcher.

Help Center Section Review

Provide overview of User Manual review process.

Discuss options for the next section of the user manual to review this term.

At the next meeting of this team, we will go over the process for reviewing pages in the User Manual and assign pages to each member. In the mean time, review documentation pertaining to this process linked above.

Development updates

ArchivesSpace Development Roadmap

Tentative release in October which will require new/revised documentation and screenshots for bulk update functionality, changes to the PUI, and the collection organization tab.

Joint UAC/TAC Meeting and workplan

Joint TAC/UAC meeting will be held on September 11. We will finalize workplan and present on it at that meeting.

Kelly will create a draft of the workplan for this term and share with the team before our next meeting.
