As an archivist I would like the ability to associate multiple digital objects to a single archival object using a CSV import template

Description

My institution was hoping to use the "add digital objects to archival objects" spreadsheet to import a significant amount of AV digital object metadata into ASpace. Unfortunately a number of these assets are separate Side A and Side B files, and the existing spreadsheet will only associate one digital object with one archival object (even when repeating the ref_id on separate lines). Would love to be able to associate multiple digital objects to a single archival objects and import using a CSV spreadsheet rather than having to add manually.

Not fully fixed. If the DO ID is not supplied in the spreadsheet, the importer uses the AO Ref ID and so fails on the second (and any subsquent) DO imported with an error about unique ids. A blank DO ID should probably default to some random unique id instead of the AO Ref ID.
