Accession Date Facet Doesn't Always Display Newest Accession Year

Description

Even though there are Accessions created this year with a date of this year, they're not always showing up on the facet on the site by year.

I think this should still be in Ready for Implementation, since it’s been approved for development, just not something you’ve prioritized for the time being

Just a quick correction to my earlier post. The config setting that controls this isn’t AppConfig[:default_page_size], but instead AppConfig[:solr_facet_limit].

But I appreciate Dev Pri recommending the “More Results” button to correct the underlying problem.

Dev Pri discussed this ticket at the June 2021 meeting and recommends the addition of a “More Results” button to the facet list - to be included on all facet view pages as well.
