As a repository manager, I would like more fields represented in the component spreadsheet importer

Description

My institution has a use case for the Existence and Location of Copies note type. Additionally, we would like to add Note Type Label as a column after each note (see attached mockup note type label.jpg)

We also have a use case for adding the columns Date Calendar and Date Era (see attached mockup date_era_and_calendar.jpg)

Generally, I think it would be helpful to aim for all ArchivesSpace fields to be represented in the spreadsheet importer template. For reference, here are the note types that are currently not represented in the spreadsheet importer template:

  • Accruals

  • Appraisal

  • Bibliography

  • Existence and Location of Copies

  • File Plan

  • Index

  • Legal Status

  • Materials Specific Details

  • Other Finding Aids

  • Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
