LNCAF - LCSH Import Trash Can Doesn't Trash

Environment

When the LCSH option is selected and authorities have been added to the import list, the trash icons next to the authorities trigger an import rather than stopping/trashing that import. This only seems to happen with LCSH

Tested first with LCSH (which had the problem before) and then with LCNAF (which didn’t). Both are doing what they should now.
