EAD schema location in EAD export lists old protocol that redirects

Description

It looks like the address for the EAD schema in the EAD export uses an old protocol that redirects to the current one. The export currently shows:

<ead xmlns="urn:isbn:1-931666-22-9" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink "
  xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
  xsi:schemaLocation="urn:isbn:1-931666-22-9 http://www.loc.gov/ead/ead.xsd">

but this address in the schemaLocation attribute redirects to https://www.loc.gov/ead/ead.xsd
