Staff interface treats a file version with a File Format Version of JPEG as the representative file version

Description

Specifically in View mode on a DO record. This may be a holdover from a pre-testing version of this functionality, or it may be broken legacy functionality. There may be other File Version Name options that have the same effect.

Hey Y’all, I am not able to replicate this functionality as a fourth option for make representative in the PUI for a digital object. It appears, at least in my testing, that this is essentially a “bonus” option in the staff interface only if JPEG or Graphic Interchange Format are selected as the File Format Name - I see no changes in the PUI when this is enabled, but other make representative options are disabled. Just want to confirm with you all before updating documentation.

Dev Pri discussed this at the May 7th 2024 meeting and decided to close this ticket. The functionality is working as expected but recommended that user documentation is updatd. Dev Pri suggests that the user documentation needs to reviewed.

User documentation and future user instruction will need to be updated to reflect that this is another backup to marking a file version representative.
