Subjects browse in PUI should list subjects only, with subdivisions and terms appearing when clicked

Description

In our UX testing of the PUI, a researcher noted that the subjects browse was too long and unwieldy. She suggested that only the main subjects should be listed, with an option to expand a subject and see associated terms and subdivisions only when a researcher clicks.

The Development Prioritization sub-team reviewed this ticket in our 11/2020 meeting and have decided to close the ticket because the functionality asked for is very user-specific and there is recent work being done on how subjects display in the PUI that should help with its previous unwieldy-ness. If this continues to be a desired change, please re-open a new ticket.
