Sort Collections (Resources) on Staff and Public Interface by Identifier #

Description

As an archivist, I would like to be able to sort Resources created in ArchiveSpace on the Staff and Public Interface by a numerical identifier as I was able to do with named Collections in Archon by sorting by a numerical Collection identifier.

Tested on both public and staff side and was able to sort by identifier.

Tested in both SUI and PUI and was able to successfully sort by identifier (ascending or descending).

Tested in both staff and public side to sort by identifier. Staff side allows for sorting results by Identifier by clicking on the column header. On the public side, there is an option to sort results by Identifier, both ascending and descending. So I believe this is working as expected per the request.

The staff side piece of this is now possible because it’s one of the preferences available there. To resolve this ticket we’d like identifier added as a possibility on the public side too, starting with the user-selectable options.
