Accession records as digital provenance file

Description

This could be a pie-in-the-sky idea, but I wish there was a way to upload the Deed of Gift and related correspondence and any other pertinent born-digital or digitized information on a collection to all be gathered together in the Accession Record as a searchable resource for staff. It would be so helpful!

This kind of material can be linked as External Documents but cannot be uploaded into the system as it currently stands.

This goes beyond a pure staff interface request because it would change the kind of data ArchivesSpace stores. Nonetheless, for now, I'm linking it to the Staff Interface Epic for consideration as part of that project.
