Remove Container: data_value_missing_ from PUI

Description

When a resource does not have containers attached, as is the case with some of our born digital collections, a container data value missing message appears on the PUI.

Perhaps there is a better way to handle null values for containers on the PUI?

Dev-Pri looked at this ticket during our April meeting and has decided to close it. Indicators are required for all ways to enter container data, and we couldn’t replicate the error.

In other words, I'm pretty sure that you should just be able to delete that empty container instance that's attached to this resource record, and that should solve the problem.

: can you share a screenshot of the staff interface in this case? i'm not sure how a container instance could be attached to the resource without having a container indicator, since those values are required. i expect that happened during an upgrade, due to this, https://github.com/archivesspace/archivesspace/commit/ec089bd55d759c41059a8a6df637c49b1d19b075, but i'm not entirely certain.

All that said, you can definitely have a resource with no container instances (or just a digital object instances) and not have this data_value_missing value display.
