Dear ArchivesSpace Member Representatives,
Voting opens today for elections for Governance Board representatives for the (Sizes) membership levels. Only the Voting Member from an institution at each of these levels is eligible to vote for the corresponding position. Please note that an institution’s Voting Member may be the same person as the Member Representative, or it may be a different person.
The candidates are:
(Size) level representative
- Candidate 1 name, Candidate 1 institution
- Candidate 2 name, Candidate 2 institution
(Size) level representative
- Candidate 1 name, Candidate 1 institution
- Candidate 2 name, Candidate 2 institution
etc. for all levels running
Candidate statements are available at wiki link
The Voting Member for each institution at these levels will be sent an email with a link to the ballot for their membership level later today. Please reach out to me if your Voting Member has not received the ballot by tomorrow or if you have any questions.
Voting closes on (date) at 9:00 p.m. EDT. Thank you in advance for participating in these ArchivesSpace elections.
