The following series of four email messages was can be used to solicit participation of Voting Members from Very Large Member organizations in the 2016 election in elections for their Governance Board Representative.
Note that the messages contained should contain a link to the ballot and were be sent only to the Voting Member Members using a list supplied by LYRASIS. LYRASIS also set the ArchivesSpace Program Manager. The Program Manager also sets up the online ballot and provided periodic updates on voter participation that were used to encourage all Voting Members to cast their votes. The messages included should include candidate statements for the respective candidates as PDF attachmentsand a link to the candidate statements.
