Everyone | Recap the discussion from last meeting since we had some absences and it was a good discussion: Topic: Reasonable turnaround time for reviews. Has this worked in the last month? Notes: Lora noted that this team is made up of unpaid volunteers so if you are assigned a PR that you can't or don't want to get to, it is totally fine to tell us you'd like to have the PR removed from your assigned list. Going forward, Lora would like to assign PRs and then poke you at 2 weeks to check on the status of the PR. You do not need to submit or reject the PR within 2 weeks, but do try to at least comment on the PR with an update as a way to reassure the submitter and to indicate movement. After 4 weeks, Lora will ask you if you'd like to have the PR reassigned. This is a larger discussion for the group so we can revisit this next month when more people are in attendance. The general consensus from attendees at this meeting is that Lora's proposed nudge and reassignment schedule is doable. Topic: How should we acknowledge first time PRs? Notes: The team agreed that adding a "first time PR" label to a first timer's PR isn't very welcoming but maybe acknowledging everyone who submitted a PR during the month could be a feature in the monthly update.

Everyone | During the discussion last week, we talked about the size of the group and if we should identify potential new members. These new member(s) could be partnered with a veteran CC to tackle a PR or a long standing item on the agenda. Is now the time to consider adding to new members?
