20 min | Migration sub-team update | Noah Huffman | Notes from last meeting: 2016-02-12 Meeting notes Have revised their charge - new version posted on Migration sub-team page on wiki today. The new description clarifies the role of the team and calls out more specifically what the the migration subteam can and can't assist with. Former user (Deleted) is testing EAD import errors including several identified by Mark Custer Noah Huffman and Former user (Deleted) will be working together to spec up schematron validation feature request so schematron validation part ArchivesSpace - hoping be able to use the work already done by Dave Mayo at Harvard on the EADChecker tool. - Michael Vandermillen (Unlicensed) noted that Harvard has been using the EADChecker tool for a couple of months now and are pleased to able to make available publicly now.
Phillip Suda (Unlicensed) and Christopher Prom (Unlicensed) have been working on Archon migration documentation. members of the group are also going to check checking the Archon & AT migrator documentation mentions the migration username & password issue recently raised on the listserv.

- Focus is on developing / gathering topics for FAQs
- They are considering both dynamic and static solutions for an FAQ - from initial feedback received, the preference seemed to be for a simpler, static solution but they're open to either. Please get in touch with the group if you have any tools / platforms you like.

Integrations sub-team update | | From Max Eckard: Here's out notes from last time. We got a few responses to our Google form, so we discussed those, and brainstormed ways to communicate new integrations with the community- that should be happening soon. This month we're continuing to focus on establishing tiers of integration definitions and examples and identifying ArchivesSpace integration points. Patrick Galligan (Unlicensed) added that they should be emailing the community soon about the integrations the survey identified. |

Noah Huffman suggested one that would be useful is encouraging those posting links to useful helper scripts on list to also post on the ASpace scripts page. There is a lot of useful work being shared on the list, others may not be aware of it. |
