• Development Prioritization:

  • Reviewed 12 tickets at Oct. meeting

  • Developing standardized procedure for Dev Pri members to edit Jira tickets

  • Sent ticket to list for community feedback

• Metadata Standards:

  • Reviewed and discussed the results of the community survey.

  • Prioritize tickets based on survey results: For example, less emphasis on MARC importer and more emphasis on EAD, etc.Need in the community to maintain compatibility with EAD 2.0for this transition period, but make sure we’re moving forward as EAD evolves.

• Technical Documentation:

  • Support transition to new platform from GitHub pages for Tech Docs

  • Improve API documentation starting with jobs, search, and agents endpoints, and any changes from recent releases

• Testing:

  • Completed regression testing for version 4.0.0.

  • Identified Vice Lead: Mary Kidd

  • Will be organizing a post-testing debrief both solely as the committee and also with Christine to see what worked well and what needs improvement
