I regret to inform you that you were not elected to serve as the new member representative for Very Large member institutions on Congratulations on your election to the ArchivesSpace Governance Board .The voting was very close, however, and I hope you will take that as an indication of the community’s appreciation for your experience and leadership. I also hope you will take it as an encouragement to consider a nomination for a future vacancy on the board or in other capacities. As community-driven, community-based organization, the involvement of knowledgeable and experienced members is vitally important and an ongoing need.representing (size) member institutions.
