Q&A | Everyone | If you would like to use other import templates available at https://archivesspace.org/using-archivesspace/migration-tools-and-data-mapping , these will need to be invoked as background jobs, not through Load Via Spreadsheet. Keep in mind that they load via spreadsheet archival object template contains LOTS of fields, but it doesn’t contain all fields. Some fields have default settings that you may need to change after the fact. Specifically note label is one field that does not appear. |
